Company: Postcard India is a platform to send postcard in India. Yes, it is online tool to make a offline communication. Yes, you can send postcard to anyone like leaders, celebrity, government, government officer, etc.
2. Customer: Can I send to my relatives and friends in India?
Company: Yes, you can send to anyone like your relatives and friends.
3. Customer: Do you charge more if I send a postcard to my circle?
Company: No. Charges will be same if you send to anyone anywhere in India.
4. Customer: I want to send a postcard to my favorite celebrity but I don't have there receiving address. May I send without address? \
Company: It's okay because we don't ask for address for a celebrity. Our system will find that celebrity receiving address and will send postcard on the behalf of you.
5. Customer: How many days you will take to deliver?
Company: Well, it depends on Post Office services in India and yes, depends on external factor like whether, traffic, holiday season, festivals, etc. Generally, it takes around 3-4 business working days.
6. Customer: I want to send postcard with my own hand-writing. Is it possible?
Company: Yes, it is possible to send a hand-written postcard. You just need to write message on a paper and upload/scan photo on our system. We will send your handwritten message to your receiver.
7.Customer: How many postcard I can send to a person?
Company: You can send as per your capacity. Right now, we have kept limit of 1 lac postcard. If you want to send more than 1 lac, please contact us on support@postcardindia.com
8. Customer: Do you display my name, mobile & city?
Company: No, we do not display your identity. But you can write your details in the message itself. This is similar like you write a letter or postcard to a person.
